In a continued effort to provide low cost trademark advice, we are hosting a trademark clinic! Do you have questions about trademarks? Would you like to know the difference between a word mark or image mark? Would you like to know what can be trademarked, or get insight into the trademark registration process? If you have these questions or others related to trademark, then this clinic is for you!
We are hosting a fully remote Trademark Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your trademark questions.
As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on February 25, 2026.
Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 1:30pm PST on February 25, 2026. An attorney will be arranged to call you.
Cost: $35 for nonmembers; $20 for members.
HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:
1) REGISTER before the deadline of February 19, 2026. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. You must to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.
2) Once you have registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your trademark issue. This step must be completed before February 19, 2026. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation.
3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (February 25, 2026) with the time an attorney will call you.
