In this introductory session, therapist Amber Salik, AMFT, will lead participants through creative techniques that support emotional regulation, grounded decision-making, and healthier responses to stress.
Through guided exercises that require no prior art experience, participants will explore creative tools to decompress, process difficult interactions, and support overall well-being. Ideal for attorneys, artists, mediators, and anyone working in demanding settings, this webinar offers an opportunity to reflect and ground through expressive therapeutic modalities.
MCLE credit available.
