Fashion Law Essentials for Industry Professionals

The fashion industry thrives on creativity, but creativity alone is not enough to build or sustain a successful brand.

This fashion law webinar provides a practical introduction to the legal issues shaping today’s fashion and creative industries. Attendees will learn how fashion law intersects with intellectual property, business operations, and global expansion, with particular attention to the evolving impact of artificial intelligence on creative ownership and brand protection.

From protecting designs, images, and trademarks to navigating partnerships, contracts, and international markets, this session offers clear guidance on managing legal risk while growing a fashion business.

Designed for creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, this webinar equips participants with the legal insight needed to protect their work, strengthen their brands, and operate confidently in today’s digital and global fashion landscape.
