As part of World Intellectual Property Day, we are hosting a series of clinics related to intellectual property! Our final event's theme is copyright and trademark. Would you like to know the difference between copyright and trademark? Would you like to know what can be trademarked, or get insight into the copyright registration process? If you have these questions or others, then this clinic is for you!
As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on April 30, 2026.
Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 5pm PST on April 30, 2026. An attorney will be arranged to call you.
Cost: $35 for nonmembers; $20 for members.
HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:
1) REGISTER before the deadline of April 23, 2026. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. You must be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.
2) Once you have registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your copyright or trademark issue. This step must be completed before April 23, 2026. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation.
3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (April 30, 2026) with the time an attorney will call you.
Please note: The workshops are not included in the clinic registration. Separate registration required.
