In a continued effort to provide low cost copyright and trademark advice, we are hosting a copyright and trademark clinic! Do you have questions about copyright and/or trademarks? Would you like to know the difference between a word mark or image mark? Would you like to know if you have to copyright collections of works or individual works? If you have these questions or others related to copyright and/or trademark, then this clinic is for you!
We are hosting a fully remote Copyright and Trademark Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your trademark questions.
As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on May 21, 2026.
Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 1:30pm PST on May 21, 2026. An attorney will be arranged to call you.
Cost: $35 for nonmembers; $20 for members.
HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:
1) REGISTER before the deadline of May 14, 2026. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. You must to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.
2) Once you have registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your trademark issue. This step must be completed before May 14, 2026. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation.
3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (May 21, 2026) with the time an attorney will call you.
