We are hosting an entertainment legal clinic! Do you have questions about legal protections in entertainment? Would you like to know if you need to register your artist name as a trademark? Are you starting to sell merchandise and you would like to copyright? If you have these questions or others related to entertainment law, then this clinic is for you!
We are hosting a fully remote Entertainment Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your entertainment law questions.
As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on October 29, 2026.
Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 3pm PST on October 29, 2026. An attorney will be arranged to call you.
Cost: $35 for nonmembers; $20 for members.
HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:
1) REGISTER before the deadline of October 22, 2026. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. Registration alone does not guarantee participation. Please read next step.
2) Once you registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your entertainment law issue. This step must be completed before October 22, 2026. We will call you multiple times and you are welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation. You cannot participate without speaking with one of our representatives.
3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will receive an email a day before the clinic (October 28, 2026) with the time an attorney will call you.
