In a continued effort to provide low cost copyright advice, we are hosting a copyright clinic! Do you have questions about copyright? Would you like to know if you have to copyright collections of works or individual works? If you have these questions or others related to copyright, then this clinic is for you!
We are hosting a fully remote Copyright Legal Clinic where you will be able to talk to an attorney over the phone concerning your copyright questions.
As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone on December 10, 2026.
Time: Consultations will be conducted over the phone at 2pm PST on December 3, 2026. An attorney will be arranged to call you.
Cost: $35 for nonmembers; $20 for members.
HOW TO LOCK IN YOUR CONSULTATION! (It's as easy as 1-2-3! Register, Confirm, Consult!:
1) REGISTER before the deadline of December 3, 2026. The earlier you register, the better as registration may close early due to limited capacity. You must to be confirmed over the phone BEFORE the deadline.
2) Once you have registered, one of our representatives will call you to CONFIRM your 20-30 minute session and ask you questions concerning your copyright issue. This step must be completed before December 3, 2026. We will call you multiple times and you are also welcome to send an email to schedule an appointed time for your confirmation.
3) After your call with our representatives, you are confirmed! You will then receive an email a day before the clinic (December 9, 2026) with the time an attorney will call you.
